Laura Koss
Finding myself struggling with the latency imposed by breaking a hip just after graduating from the University of Virginia, I turned to yoga as a movement solution. What I discovered eventually led to a lifelong passion for healing as I delved into the art of recovery. The physical journey I began with modified asana led me to develop a newfound emotional resilience that inspired me to pursue areas of mindfulness, embodiment, and therapeutic modalities designed to integrate the self. Healing myself with yoga throughout the inherent challenges of being a human has inspired me to dedicate my experiences to helping others looking for support as they create their own path through this brave and beautiful world.
